OYSAN has hired New Executive Director
The Ohio Youth Soccer Association-North (OYSAN) Board of Directors is excited to announce the hiring of Robert A. Riggs as the Executive Director.
Mr. Riggs comes to OYSAN with 11 years executive and administrative experience. He was formally the Executive Director for the Kansas State Youth Soccer Association and is very well respected in Region II by his peers and state presidents.
Mr. Riggs' first day will be Monday, May 20th. Mr. Riggs' full profile will be posted on the OYSAN website next week. Please join us in welcoming Mr. Riggs to our soccer association.

The initial listing of summer coaching courses is now posted at OYSAN.org. The "Parent Track" comprises the U6/8 and U10/12 courses, while the US Soccer "Professional Track" includes the "E" and "D" licenses. The minimum requirement for Travel level coaches is the U10/12 course; for State League coaches, the "D" License is required.
National Youth License
OYSAN will host a National Youth License at "The Hive" in Medina this August (3-5 & 9-11). The NYL is a US Soccer course designed for coaches and administrators working with U-6 through U-12 players. "A" license coaches receive 8 CEU's. Click here for course information and registration.
OYSAN Centers of Excellence
The COE is a week-long training program conducted by a national level coach at local sites. COE's can be scheduled for players of all ages and abilities.
